Seven Sisters and Friston Forest

The dramatic Seven Sisters Country Park, with its chalk sea cliffs, chalk grassland and the meandering Cuckmere estuary is set within the South Downs National Park, along the Sussex Heritage Coast. It is popular for walking, birdwatching and cycling.

Just behind is Friston Forest which has colour-coded walking and mountain biking trails and connects with the Cuckmere Valley. Explore this iconic part of the Sussex landscape on foot on one of these spectacular walking routes.
