GETTING HERE AND AROUND
Sussex is located in the warm South East of England, directly south from London. Made up of West Sussex and East Sussex, the county incorporates one of the UK’s most beautiful stretches of coastline, stretching from Chichester in the West all the way along to Rye in the east.
By bus
A good network of bus routes links towns, stations, villages and local visitor attractions in Sussex. There are also local community services that join up harder to reach places, like the South Downs Rambler Bus, Cuckmere Buses in East Sussex which call at Charleston and Alfriston, and Brighton and Hove’s ‘Breeze up to the Downs‘ service, linking the city with some of the most popular locations in the South Downs National Park. Most bus operators within the South Downs National Park cater to wheelchair and pushchair users.
